End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using the Gsm X Pay payment platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gsm X Pay, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Gsm X Pay grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our payment processing services strictly for lawful transactions between you and authorized merchants.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate. You must not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering or unauthorized access.

4. Payment Finality

Digital currency payments (USDT TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.) are often irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, Gsm X Pay cannot reverse it. Please verify all details before sending funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gsm X Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement.
